Invoice Questions

Please ensure you check your spam folder, as email providers may inadvertently filter our communication.

Our online invoices are dynamic and will update in real-time as you make payments during the payment period. Once you sign up, you can expect to receive an invoice via email within 24 hours.

While your invoice may state a full balance due by a specific date, you have the flexibility to make payments in any amounts you wish. Please ensure you make payments according to the payment due dates specific to your tour during the payment period.

Be sure to bookmark this invoice for easy access to review past payments or make future payments. In case you lose access to your invoice, don’t worry; simply reach out to us via the form below, and we’ll promptly send you a link to the invoice that you can bookmark again.

Payment Due Dates

Please note that the payment due dates for your tour can be found at the bottom of your invoice. These dates may vary depending on the specific tour you have signed up for.

My bank is not listed under the invoice payment option

Our payment processor automatically detects most banks. If you cannot find your bank in the list, simply type in the name of your bank. At the bottom of the menu, you will see the option to use your bank’s routing and account numbers instead.

What methods of payment does ARCE accept?

Currently, we only accept payments through checks and bank transfers via our online invoice system. If you prefer to pay with a check, kindly contact us and ensure that your payment is sent at least 7 days before the payment due date.
